We have experienced significant growth in recent years and now have over 3.2 million users across the Nordics, including 480,000 users in Finland. As our Finnish market continues to grow rapidly, we are now looking for an Account Coordinator to join our commercial team in Helsinki.
The Role
At Tise, we are more than just a second-hand marketplace. Our app features various commercial advertising spaces where external brands can use Tise as their marketing and media channel. This part of our business model is managed by Tise’s Advertising Department, of which you will be an integral part.
As an Account Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to build and expand the Finnish client portfolio in collaboration with the Finnish Advertising team. You will be in direct contact with brands and advertisers, advising them on their campaigns, developing offers, and working towards meeting your team’s budget goals. You will also collaborate closely with the Nordic sales team and help identify new commercial opportunities for Tise in Finland.
You will join a small Finnish team consisting of an Commercial Manager and a Content Coordinator. Across the Nordics, our advertising team consists of 10 passionate, ambitious, and creative professionals. Since our department launched in Finland in 2022, we have collaborated with brands such as LYKO, Perlana, RFSU, Fortum, Warner Bros and Fitness24seven.

📃 Responsibilities:
- Identifying new leads, contacting and booking meetings
- Meeting with potential and existing clients and partners
- Developing campaigns, project management, and presenting creative offers
- Identifying new commercial opportunities and concepts in the Finnish market
- Contributing internal input for concepts and product development
- Supporting advertising budgets and sales together with the Finnish Advertising team
- Maintaining sales momentum and continuously tracking key KPIs
- Collaborating closely with the Finnish Commercial Manager and the broader Nordic advertising team
📒 Qualifications:
- Relevant education in marketing, communication, digital media, sales, or business development
- Experience in proactive sales and outreach
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an B2B Account Coordinator, Client Coordinator, Digital Planner, or similar role in marketing, PR, advertising, or media agencies
- Strong understanding of Tise as a brand and the ability to spot commercial opportunities and creative campaign ideas
- A network within relevant clients and media agencies
- Strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of working with numbers and budgets
- Fluency in Finnish
