Business Unit Integration Lead
About the Role: Business Unit Integration Lead
At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — where sustainability meets style and where buying pre-loved feels even better than buying new. Following our acquisition by eBay, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re now looking for a Business Unit Integration Lead (BU Lead) to help us shape the future of Tise as we integrate into the broader eBay ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll act as the central program manager and primary point of contact for all back-office functional integration activities — connecting the dots between Tise, eBay’s integration teams, and key functional leads across the business. You’ll make sure we stay aligned, coordinated, and ready to deliver on our ambitious goals while preserving the unique Tise culture that makes us who we are.
This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, fast-paced environment where technology, sustainability, and global scale meet. If you thrive on structure, people, and progress — this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Lead Integration Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with eBay’s BU Integration Lead and eMIT teams. Attend central integration meetings, provide status updates, and ensure requirements from leadership are surfaced and documented.
Drive Execution: Schedule, coordinate, and ensure timely execution of all back-office integration deliverables — raising issues, managing dependencies, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Problem-Solve Across Functions: Identify, raise, and help resolve risks, blockers, and resource constraints in collaboration with eMIT and functional teams, ensuring alignment with the overall integration strategy.
Facilitate Collaboration: Pull in relevant team members as needed for project inputs, functional expertise, and solution delivery across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations.
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Maintain integration trackers and deliverables in line with eMIT standards, ensuring documentation and reporting are audit-ready and compliant with governance expectations.
Keep Everyone Aligned: Provide weekly updates to Tise’s leadership team, ensuring transparency on integration progress, open questions, and support needs.
Who you are
You have experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment. Experience from M&A or M&A integration is a strong plus.
You’re an excellent project manager with a natural ability to create structure in fast-paced, evolving contexts.
You’re a self-starter and problem-solver who thrives on finding solutions and moving things forward.
You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, but you know when to escalate and when to decide.
You’re collaborative, communicative, and bring a positive and pragmatic energy to every challenge.
Why apply for this role?
Work closely with both Tise and eBay, giving you a unique view into one of the most exciting integrations in the Nordic tech scene.
Be part of a talented, passionate team that combines purpose with innovation.
Enjoy a vibrant Oslo HQ, competitive compensation, and a culture that values autonomy, humor, and trust.
Let’s create the best second-hand marketplace in the world — together 💚
If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
